About the Role
Own the roadmap for one of getgofer.ai's core products. You'll talk to customers daily, define what we build next, and work closely with engineering and design to ship features that move the needle.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmaps based on customer research and market analysis
- Write clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering on technical scoping
- Prioritize the backlog using data-driven frameworks and customer feedback
- Partner with sales and customer success to understand user pain points and adoption blockers
- Track product metrics and report on outcomes to leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML products or conversational AI platforms
- Background in customer experience, ITSM, or edtech markets
- MBA or advanced degree
