About the Role
Be the technical bridge between getgofer.ai and our enterprise customers. You'll design integration architectures, lead proof-of-concept engagements, and ensure customers get maximum value from our platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams during pre-sales to scope technical requirements and design solutions
- Lead proof-of-concept and pilot implementations for enterprise prospects
- Design integration architectures connecting getgofer.ai products to customer ITSM, CRM, and telephony systems
- Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and best-practice guides
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on field experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira) or contact center technologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements
Nice to Have
- Experience with conversational AI, NLP, or voice platforms
- Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Background in customer support or IT operations
