Solutions Architect

About the Role

Be the technical bridge between getgofer.ai and our enterprise customers. You'll design integration architectures, lead proof-of-concept engagements, and ensure customers get maximum value from our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams during pre-sales to scope technical requirements and design solutions
  • Lead proof-of-concept and pilot implementations for enterprise prospects
  • Design integration architectures connecting getgofer.ai products to customer ITSM, CRM, and telephony systems
  • Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and best-practice guides
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on field experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira) or contact center technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with conversational AI, NLP, or voice platforms
  • Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Background in customer support or IT operations
