About the Role
Shape how developers and administrators experience getgofer.ai. You'll write API docs, integration guides, tutorials, and product documentation that makes our platform easy to adopt and delightful to use.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain API reference documentation, quick-start guides, and tutorials
- Collaborate with engineers to document new features, SDKs, and integration patterns
- Create architecture diagrams, data-flow charts, and visual explainers
- Manage documentation site structure, search, and versioning
- Gather feedback from developer communities and continuously improve content quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience writing technical documentation for developer audiences
- Ability to read and understand code in at least two programming languages
- Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git, CI/CD publishing)
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for clear, concise prose
- Portfolio of published technical writing samples
Nice to Have
- Experience documenting AI/ML APIs or conversational AI platforms
- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, GraphQL schemas, or SDK generation tools
- Illustration or visual design skills
